What is included

Common questions
Before you send a case
- Do you collect and deliver?
- Yes. We run a daily courier service and use tracked next-day delivery for practices further afield, at no extra charge on standard cases.
- Which scanners do you accept files from?
- iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, Primescan and any system that can export an open STL or PLY file. Send them through our secure portal or by email.
- What happens if a restoration needs remaking?
- If the fit or aesthetics fall short of what we promised and the prescription was accurate, we remake at no charge and prioritise the case.
- Can we visit the laboratory?
- Please do. We welcome practice visits and shade appointments — patients are often happier with the result when they have sat with the technician.
