Our services

Every stage of the restoration, handled in house.

From the first design file to the final glaze firing, your case stays with one team on one bench. Below is what we make and how long it takes.

Crowns & Bridges

01

Crowns & Bridges

Single units through to long-span bridgework in layered zirconia, lithium disilicate and PFM.

Every unit is designed in CAD from your scan or scanned model, milled to our design by our production partner, then finished entirely by hand in our laboratory. We layer and characterise to your shade prescription, with stump shade and photography accounted for on anterior work.

Implant Prosthetics

02

Implant Prosthetics

Screw-retained and cement-retained restorations across the major implant systems used in the UK.

From single custom abutments to full-arch screw-retained bridges with gingival characterisation. We work with every trusted implant platform used in the UK, and accept scan bodies or analogue impressions.

Veneers & Aesthetics

03

Veneers & Aesthetics

Hand-layered anterior work where translucency, texture and shade transition carry the case.

Pressed and layered feldspathic veneers built on refractory dies where the case demands it. We offer wax-ups, mock-ups and shade appointments at the lab so the aesthetic outcome is agreed before the ceramic is fired.

Dentures

Dentures

Full and partial acrylic, flexible and chrome cobalt frameworks, set up for function and comfort.

Traditional denture craft with contemporary tooth moulds and materials. Chrome cobalt frameworks are digitally designed and cast to a precise fit, with slim connectors that patients tolerate well.

Digital Workflows

05

Digital Workflows

Intraoral scan handling, exocad and 3shape design and fully managed production.

Send STL or PLY files through our secure portal from iTero, TRIOS, Medit or Primescan. We design every case in exocad and 3shape, send the approved file to our production partner for milling, and print models where the case needs a physical check.

Glazing & Finishing

06

Glazing & Finishing

The stage that decides whether a restoration disappears — staining, glazing and surface texture by hand.

Our finishing technicians characterise every unit under corrected lighting, replicating surface texture, incisal halo and perikymata so the restoration reads as natural at conversation distance and under a loupe.

The workflow

Four stages, one team, no outsourcing.

  1. 01

    Design

Your scan or scanned model is assigned to a design technician who builds the restoration in exocad and 3shape, checking occlusion, contacts and emergence against the opposing arch.

  2. 02

    Production

The approved design goes to our production partner to be milled in the prescribed material, shade and translucency. Every unit is inspected against the design when it comes back to us.

  3. 03

    Glazing

A finishing technician stains, layers and fires the unit under corrected lighting, building surface texture and translucency by hand across multiple firings.

  4. 04

    Bonding & QC

Final fit is verified on the model under magnification, bonded components are seated and torqued, and the case is packed with its prescription for delivery.

Not sure which option suits the case?

Call the lab and speak to a technician. We would rather talk through the prescription before the case arrives than remake it afterwards.
